Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II/III for Sydney to safeguard participant wellbeing and ensure accurate data. The CRA serves as the primary liaison between sites, Novotech, and sponsors, ensuring trials comply with ICH GCP and local/global regulations.

The role is based in Sydney with hybrid working arrangements and flexible hours to support work-life balance. Applicants should have a clinical/life sciences background and CRA experience at the stated levels.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences-related field.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Able to work well in a team and be computer literate.
• Experience in research/pharma industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site relationships to ensure efficient, timely trial delivery.
• Support ethics and regulatory submissions and approvals as needed.
• Monitor sites per ICH GCP, coordinating with study personnel.
• Drive site recruitment and engagement aligned with study timelines.
