Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking an Assistant Category Manager to support commercial excellence across key brands. You will deliver category insights, customer content, and performance reporting to help shape smarter commercial decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing and Finance to develop category strategies and presentations, driving innovation scoping and бізнес planning.

Qualifications

A degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Advanced analytical capability with data and reporting tools experience.

Responsibilities

Create compelling customer content, including category reviews, innovation analysis, range reviews, and monthly performance snapshots.
Analyse retailer, banner and category performance to uncover growth opportunities and risks.
Track competitor activity and market performance to support commercial decisions.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to shape channel and category strategies and shopper activations.
Support Head of Commercial Excellence for the Pacific in market reporting and recommendations to senior executives.
