Woolworths Group in Brisbane is seeking a Service Technician to provide facilities management services across stores in Brisbane City, the West, and Bayside. The role offers a hybrid working model with on-site troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds an Arctick licence, a current drivers licence, and a restricted electrical licence, with experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning; a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Current Arctick licence required.
• Current drivers licence and restricted electrical licence required.
• Experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning service; supermarket experience a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime, travel to various sites and to be on call.
• Good level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to perform troubleshooting and service equipment.
• Deliver preventative and corrective maintenance per planned schedules.
• Complete associated paperwork and reporting.
• Monitor spare part inventory and recommend capital works to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with facilities management, support and technical teams, store teams and call centre teams.
• Liaise with construction teams to inform engineers, plan replacements and prioritise capital works.
