Hiway seeks an Accountant to partner with operational leaders and support project performance. You’ll help forecast, perform cost-to-completion reporting, and provide commercial analysis to improve business decisions across Projects & Operations.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work closely with Project Managers to deliver monthly reports, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis, while supporting BAS and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in project accounting, management accounting or commercial finance within project-based industries.
• Degree-qualified in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA or CA qualified (or working towards) preferred but not essential.
• Experience in management accounting, project accounting, or commercial finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis capability with attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with ability to communicate financial information to stakeholders.
