Cartology, Australia’s leading retail media business powered by the Woolworths Group, seeks a Client Partnership Executive to support the sales team in delivering impactful campaigns and building strong client relationships from brief to results. Hybrid role in Surry Hills with WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to relate online metrics to business results.
• Ability to anticipate both client and sales team needs.
• Multitask and prioritise projects with focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in briefing campaigns across bookings and production.
• Manage relationships between vertical and operations teams.
• Deliver compliance reporting and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with Salesforce data input, financial reporting and media schedules.
• Maintain sales support materials and coordinate new content with marketing.
