Job summary

Grifols Australia seeks a Production Operator to support daily production plans and deliver high-quality IVD products to global patients. You will work in a GMP/ISO-regulated environment and ensure compliance with Grifols SOPs while contributing to process improvements.

You will operate specialized equipment, log material movements in SAP R3, and perform in-process QC sampling, collaborating with engineers and management to optimize manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

Rigorous attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong teamwork and collaboration with supervisors, engineers and management.
Experience handling laboratory equipment and ERP software in GMP/ISO-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Manufacture high-quality IVD products (reagent components, solutions, and gel cards) following approved testing and formulation processes.
Operate equipment to dispense and pack finished goods; log all material movements in SAP R3.
Conduct in-process QC tests and collect samples for environmental, bioburden, and serological QC.
Uphold ISO 13485, GMP, and Grifols SOPs to keep the facility compliant.
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers and management to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
