Job summary

Allens is seeking aPricing and Value professional to support the Heads of Pricing and the Pricing Manager group in delivering value to clients through effective pricing, financial analysis and pricing insights.

You will work with Partners, Lawyers and Finance teams to implement pricing strategy, budgets and rates, and participate in commercial pricing decisions to win, retain and grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in business partnering and influencing key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of pricing, rates, billing or finance processes.
• Advanced Excel capability with modelling and data analysis.
• Attention to data quality, records maintenance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Pricing Managers on firm-wide pricing projects and commercial analysis, including Excel-based modelling and scenario analysis.
• Assist profitability analysis, pricing reviews and alternative fee arrangements.
• Coordinate and maintain pricing and rates operations, records, discounts and implementation requirements.
• Document pricing terms in a structured way for Billing/eBilling and Finance teams.
• Prepare data and support annual rate reviews and multi-year agreements.
• Monitor multi-year pricing agreements for rate changes and expiries.
• Develop analyses for upcoming renewals, expiries or reviews and escalate key issues.
• Contribute to improving pricing data quality, processes and templates.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve pricing operations.
