Job summary

Harmony Australasia is seeking a Power BI Report Developer to partner with IT, Data and Analytics to design, develop and maintain enterprise reporting solutions. You will work across business domains to implement semantic models, KPIs and governance, and promote reuse of enterprise data assets.

The role requires strong data modelling, DAX and Power Query skills, with collaboration across stakeholders and multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Understand and translate complex business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain enterprise reporting solutions with accuracy and governance.
• Collaborate with IT, Data and Analytics teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to capture objectives and KPIs.
• Develop Power BI reports, dashboards and scorecards.
• Create reusable DAX measures and data models aligned with standards.
• Validate outputs against source systems and business rules.
• Provide documentation and end-user training.
