Qualifications

• Background in platform or software engineering with experience building scalable developer platforms.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain infrastructure and tooling.
• Implement best practices in observability, reliability, and cost optimisation.
• Security-conscious approach with vulnerability management and policy enforcement.
• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, Bitbucket, Git, and Python/Java.
• Knowledge of security scanning and code quality tools like Snyk or SonarQube.
• Experience with identity, secrets, and certificate management (Okta, Vault, Venafi).
• Strategic mindset to collaborate with stakeholders and measure business impact.
• Experience aligning platform work with diverse teams and tech stacks.
