Job summary

Novotech is seeking an Operational Strategy Manager to craft data-driven strategies that win new clinical trial business across oncology indications. You will partner with Business Development, Finance, and cross-functional teams to translate sponsor needs into executable study plans and compelling proposal content.

You will review budgets, assess feasibility, and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational capabilities throughout the proposal lifecycle and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, feasibility assessments, site selection strategies, and study delivery models.
• Experience supporting oncology clinical research opportunities and global proposals.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic, customer-focused recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ( approx. 15%).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of operational strategies for new business opportunities based on protocol requirements, sponsor objectives, feasibility intelligence, and organizational capabilities.
• Translate feasibility findings, therapeutic insights, and operational data into executable study delivery recommendations, including country, site, recruitment, and study execution strategies.
• Create compelling operational proposal content that clearly communicates study plans, assumptions, risk mitigation strategies, and Novotech differentiators.
• Develop and present operational strategy materials for sponsor interactions and bid defense meetings, effectively communicating and defending proposed approaches to support successful business acquisition.
• Identify operational risks, challenges, and dependencies and develop strategic recommendations that balance proposal competitiveness with delivery feasibility.
