Job summary

NSW Health's Workforce Operational Strategic Unit in St Leonards is seeking an experienced Nurse Educator Grade 2 for an 11-week temporary secondment from 11 January to 26 March 2027. The role provides educational leadership to support the NSW Health Deployment Program and will involve collaborating with a range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA RN registration with post-registration qualifications.
• Proven leadership, team building and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating education and professional development.
• Experience coaching and mentoring staff and managing underperformance.
• Strong written and oral communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ClinConnect and My Health Learning.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple education programs.
