Civeo Australia is seeking an experienced National Onboarding & Mobilisation Lead to drive a nationally critical function and lead a high-performing team across onboarding and mobilisation. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, optimise processes, governance and supplier management to deliver scalable, compliant outcomes.

This role combines leadership, operational excellence and strategic oversight, with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment to enable seamless candidate experiences

Formación

• Qualification in Human Resources, Business, Administration or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Relevant leadership experience within onboarding, mobilisation, talent acquisition operations, workforce planning or a related function.
• Experience operating within fast-paced, high-volume and compliance-driven environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a national onboarding team, fostering speed, accountability and collaboration.
• Own end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation, optimise workflows and governance.
• Manage supplier relationships including medical and verification providers.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company requirements, maintain governance and risk controls.
• Oversee systems and technology, driving automation and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and manage costs.
• Champion a seamless, candidate-focused onboarding journey.
