Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking a hands-on Change Manager to join a growing project delivery team in Australia. You will support a portfolio of infrastructure, software and technology projects, working with Project Managers and Business Analysts to drive stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications and operational readiness.

You will manage approximately 3-4 concurrent technology initiatives, with an immediate focus on a VMware to Hyper-V migration program.

Qualifications

• Hands-on change management experience within project environments.
• Experience with infrastructure or technology migrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience delivering change activities and operational readiness.
