Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an Infrastructure and Systems Engineer in Australia to provide Level 2/3 support across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on‑premises infrastructure. You will manage Azure resources, Windows Server, AD, VMware/Hyper‑V, and drive security and disaster recovery initiatives.

The role requires strong scripting with PowerShell, excellent problem‑solving, and the ability to mentor the on‑site ICT resource while participating in after‑hours support.

Qualifications

• Experience as Level 2/3 Infrastructure or Systems Engineer.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Entra ID.
• Hands-on Azure infrastructure and services.
• Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy expertise.
• VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualisation experience.
• Solid networking across switches, routers, firewalls and VPNs.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, incident response and best practices.
• Backup, disaster recovery and business continuity experience.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support and escalation for Microsoft 365 and on‑premises.
• Administer and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Entra ID.
• Manage Azure resources including VMs, networking, storage and identity services.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, AD and GPO.
• Configure and support VMware/Hyper-V environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health and resolve performance/availability issues.
• Assist cybersecurity operations and threat remediation.
• Perform system patching, upgrades and vulnerability management.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery and testing.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Produce technical documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with vendors and mentor on-site ICT resource.
• Participate in after-hours support for incidents and maintenance.
