Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a senior leader for Strategy & Governance of our identity and access management capability. You will define controls, embed security standards and establish governance across access for people, systems and agents.

The role operates across multiple work-streams with stakeholders from technology, risk management and Macquarie business operations, delivering high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading functions in technology, cyber security, engineering or another technical domain.
• Experience designing and testing technology risk controls via regulation, audits and IT security reviews.
• Experience operationalising security risk frameworks and implementing technical controls.
• Delivery experience in complex, large-scale transformation in tech, cyber or digital programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business language.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work under pressure in rapidly changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy & Governance for identity and access management across the program.
• Define and design robust controls and embed Cyber Security standards.
• Establish structured governance across access management for people, systems and agents.
• Support and execute across multiple work-streams with diverse stakeholders from technology, risk management and Macquarie business operations.
