Perigon Group in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial accounting and shared services, partnering with the CFO and leadership. You will oversee GL accounting and the close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will drive cash management initiatives, optimise team structure, strengthen internal controls, and contribute to FP&A and strategic finance projects across the business.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA is essential.
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth organisation is key.
• Natural communicator who can influence and drive change in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, shared services and GL accounting.
• Oversee all financial reporting and the shared services function.
• Lead cash management initiatives and internal controls.
