Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality creative across print and digital channels. You will manage design projects from brief to delivery, creating print and digital collateral for advertisements, signage, flyers, brochures and publications.

The role involves developing concepts, taking ownership, and collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers while handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Relevant Graphic Design / Visual Communications qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong digital and print design experience.
• Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with print production, artwork preparation and colour management.
• Understanding of motion graphics and digital animation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from brief and concept through to production and delivery.
• Create print and digital collateral including advertisements, signage, flyers, brochures and publications.
• Develop creative concepts and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Provide creative advice and support across branding and marketing initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with designers, stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
