Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking a Manager for Distribution Governance in Personal Banking. You will oversee third-party distribution partners like brokers and aggregators, performing data analysis, monitoring, and risk investigations to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead deep-dive reviews, report to senior stakeholders, and drive initiatives to strengthen risk management and operational effectiveness across the distribution ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience with Home and/or Business Lending products is essential.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements in financial services.
• Ability to translate technical info into business terms for stakeholders.
• Proven problem solving with innovative, business-driven recommendations.
• Capable of prioritising and meeting deadlines with agile approaches.
