Job summary

Department of Education in Victoria seeks a VPS3 Communications and Marketing Officer to promote global learning and ISP initiatives across Victorian government schools. The role reports to the Senior Marketing and Communications Officer and will manage website content, collateral design and eDM campaigns, while supporting recruitment events and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

3+ years of marketing, communications or international education experience in a similar role.
Experience updating websites and brochure collateral, and coordinating eDMs.
Proven ability with InDesign, Canva and Squiz DEP for content creation.
Strong multimedia and social media content creation experience.
Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of international education provider compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

Update study.vic.gov.au site content and design elements.
Coordinate collateral design, print and distribution activities.
Create content and coordinate electronic direct mail (eDMs).
Support student recruitment, experience and engagement events.
Ensure school websites and collateral comply with policies and legislation.
Raise purchase orders and process invoices; support stakeholder engagement with delegations.
