Job summary

SIXT Australia, based in Sydney, is seeking a commercially minded Fleet Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This full-time role offers a hybrid setup with 2-3 days in the office and focus on optimizing the financial performance of one of Australia’s largest rental fleets.

You will provide analysis, reporting and insights to support vehicle lifecycle management, procurement decisions and fleet profitability, reporting to the Financial Controller and partnering with Fleet leadership.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification is essential.
• 3+ years in FP&A, Management Accounting, or Finance Partnering.
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for fleet costs and assets.
• Manage fleet financial reporting including month-end analysis and variance reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset register with depreciation and asset tracking.
• Perform residual value analysis and depreciation modelling.
• Partner with Fleet on procurement and lifecycle analysis.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain controls.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for fleet performance.
• Collaborate with Fleet, Procurement and Operations for data accuracy and system integration.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify process improvements focused on automation and reporting efficiency.
