Credit Corp is seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist - External Disputes to manage a portfolio of complaints across Australia and New Zealand. You will liaise between Credit Corp, customers, regulators and external dispute resolution bodies, investigating matters, assessing outcomes and driving fair, timely resolutions.

This role supports regulatory compliance, mitigates risk and drives continuous improvement of dispute management frameworks within a high-performing team.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years’ experience in dispute resolution, complaints management or related financial services function.
• Experience working with external bodies such as AFCA or OAIC is highly regarded.
• Understanding of financial services regulation, consumer protection and complaint management frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of external disputes and complaints from commencement through to resolution.
• Investigate customer complaints and review documentation against regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Prepare high-quality written responses and submissions for external bodies (AFCA/OAIC).
• Identify suitable resolution strategies balancing customer outcomes, regulatory obligations and commercial considerations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators and external dispute schemes.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement in dispute management.
