Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Manager, Solution Consulting to lead a growing ANZ Enterprise team in Sydney. You will recruit and coach a team of Solution Consultants, shaping the strategy for large accounts and guiding complex pre-sales engagements.

You will partner with Enterprise sales and Customer Success to drive IAM adoption and deliver measurable outcomes, while building executive-level relationships and a culture of high performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SaaS pre-sales/solution consulting experience, with 3+ years selling into strategic enterprise accounts in ANZ.
• 3+ years people management experience within technical software sales.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives; strong technical and business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain extraordinary talent across diverse experience levels to cultivate a high-performing, well-balanced Enterprise Solution Consulting organisation.
• Provide hands-on coaching to build technical expertise, consultative selling, enterprise architecture design, and executive communication skills.
• Support continuous training and professional development paths to help team members excel.
• Exemplify and safeguard core company values through hiring decisions, daily leadership, and team culture.
• Partner closely with Enterprise sales leadership and field teams to drive strategy, cultivate opportunities, and win complex enterprise deals.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to expand relationships, drive IAM adoption, and deliver valuable outcomes for our largest customers.
• Lead and mentor the SC team, establish senior executive relationships, manage product demonstrations, and drive thought leadership.
