Job summary

NSW Trustee and Guardian is seeking a Business Partner (Employee Relations) to provide end-to-end support to leaders and managers across employee relations matters from its Parramatta base in a hybrid working environment.

You will advise on performance, conduct and grievances, interpret policies and legislation, assist workforce reporting and establishment management, and help build positive employment relations across the organisation.
