Court Services Victoria invites applications for the Director, Commercial Services. This newly created role leads the strategic direction, performance and continuous improvement of the commercial services function across the Courts Group, delivering high-quality procurement, contract management and supplier governance.

The role reports to the Executive Director Commercial, Infrastructure & Security and provides authoritative advice on complex, high-value commercial matters to senior leaders,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a commercial services function and aligning outcomes with government priorities.
• Strong procurement, contract management and supplier performance oversight experience.
• Knowledge of public sector governance, probity and procurement policy obligations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategic direction of the Commercial Services function across Courts Group, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Provide authoritative advice on high-value commercial matters to Courts Council and Courts Executive.
• Design and implement procurement and contract management frameworks, policies and governance across the lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue savings opportunities across supplier agreements and innovative commercial models.
