Signature Hospitality Group – Southbank VIC is seeking a Design Manager to shape creative design solutions for our hospitality environments. Based at our Southbank Support Office and reporting to the Group Development Manager, you’ll take venues from concept through to construction, balancing bold ideas with brand, budget and operational needs to create guest experiences that push creative boundaries.

You’ll lead venue design, produce drawings and models using Revit, Adobe Suite and Enscape, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience in hospitality/architectural/experiential design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Expertise in concepting, ideation, colour theory, typography and spatial design.
• Strong abilities with Revit/Autodesk, Adobe Suite and Enscape or similar rendering software.
• Ability to translate design intent into buildable solutions and provide value management options.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.
• Excellent communication skills for senior management presentations.

Responsabilités

• Lead venue design from concept to documentation for multiple brands.
• Produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, renders and presentations.
• Specify on-brand materials, finishes, lighting and FF&E.
• Review design documentation and conduct site visits to ensure brand standards.
• Collaborate with Property, Construction, Operations and Marketing teams, as well as consultants and suppliers.
• Develop environmental branding, graphics and signage and mentor junior team members.
