Job summary

Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking an early‑career Aerospace/Mechanical/Mechatronics engineer to join the Engineering & Technical Services team in Queensland. You will work across aircraft sustainment, investigations, and technical reviews, bridging information between OEMs and technicians while developing practical capability under veteran engineers.

This hybrid role is based in Springfield or Pinkenba and requires Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain NV1 clearance.

Qualifications

• Recent Aerospace/Mechanical/Mechatronics graduate with 1–3 years' experience.
• Willing to obtain NV1 clearance and Australian citizenship.
• Interest in aircraft sustainment and Defence aviation processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in aircraft sustainment and airworthiness activities.
• Bridge Airbus engineering information with technicians.
• Contribute to investigations and maintenance improvements.
• Grow capability with experienced engineers in a Defence program.
