Job summary

Atlis Consulting in Australia is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer who enjoys being close to both technology and clients. You will shape business problems into scalable data solutions and lead delivery across modern data platforms.

You’ll work with Databricks, Snowflake and the Azure ecosystem, mentor consultants, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders while contributing to a strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering, architecture or analytics consulting.
• Comfortable working directly with clients.
• Experience in data modelling and modern data engineering.
• Experience leading projects or small technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data platforms, pipelines, integration and analytics solutions.
• Work across modern cloud technologies including Databricks, Snowflake and the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor consultants and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to create additional value for clients and contribute to proposals and solution shaping.
