Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a fixed-term, full-time specialist to support the delivery of Customer Touchpoints, Assets, and Systems (CTAS) across multiple projects. You will apply Integration & Customer Readiness (I&CR) frameworks to enable Day 1 readiness and deliver customer-focused outcomes while maintaining delivery discipline.

You will coordinate planning, governance materials, and readiness artifacts, track risks and dependencies, and support budget inputs to ensure outcomes are embedded

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional background.
• Experience coordinating delivery and readiness activities within large or complex organisations, ideally in transport, infrastructure, or customer experience environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating CTAS deliverables and artefacts across assigned work packages, maintaining requirements registers, interface logs, journey maps, and acceptance evidence to support auditable decision-making.
• Preparing and maintaining delivery and readiness plans aligned to scope, focused on Day 1 outcomes and risk mitigation.
• Supporting planning and scoping activities by coordinating inputs for budget estimates and forecasts, ensuring customer outcomes are embedded in project requirements.
• Supporting governance, risk management, and escalation by maintaining governance materials (e.g. agendas, briefs, RACI), tracking risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalating blockers as required.
• Capturing lessons learned and contributing to the continuous improvement of integration, design management, readiness frameworks, tools, and guidelines.
• Building strong relationships with technical, operational, and design stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery momentum.
