Job summary

Downer Energy & Utilities seeks a Commercial Manager Delivery to shape and deliver the commercial strategy for a major water infrastructure program. You will optimise revenue, manage risk and strengthen relationships with clients and suppliers. The role leads the Contracts team, coaches staff, and drives commercial excellence across the project lifecycle.

The role offers flexible arrangements across office, site and home-based work, with attendance as needed to priorities and site requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commercial leadership in a complex program environment.
• Experience managing commercial functions across major projects or programs.
• Strong knowledge of contract forms and Australian market practices.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts with appropriate risk profiles.
