Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cloud Administrator/Systems Administrator in enterprise or government environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, plus hybrid work environments.
• Hands-on with AD/Azure AD, M365, AVD, and Exchange.
• Familiar with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Experience with ITSM tools and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud-based solutions on Azure.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across ICT systems and services.
• Own issues end-to-end from report to resolution and update stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Monitor, tune, and optimise system performance for availability and compliance.
