Job summary

Hatch in Australia is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to own the delivery and operation of a hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure and on‑prem/Active Directory. You will define the infrastructure strategy, drive modernisation, automation and FinOps practices, and ensure platform health and security.

Lead a small specialist team (2–6 engineers) with hands‑on involvement, coordinate with security, risk and audit, and align with enterprise architecture to support business growth in fashion

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise networking in-house.
• Hands-on with hybrid AWS/Azure and on-prem environments.
• Familiar with ITIL, change governance and audit requirements.
• Ability to design resilient, secure infrastructure.
