We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Cloud Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and performance of our IT infrastructure, facilitating a seamless integration between cloud and on-premises systems as we transition to cloud services. Your primary focus will be on monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the design, implementation, and operational management of our cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a hybrid (cloud/on-premises) environment

• Microsoft support experience at levels 1, 2, and 3
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with vendors and stakeholders
• Extensive experience in Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy management
• Proficient in VMware, vSAN, Windows Server Operating Systems, SCCM/Intune, ITIL, and ITSM
