Job summary

Construction and Remediation Advisory Services Pty Ltd, located in Surry Hills, Sydney, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead client-side projects with guidance from senior staff. You will independently manage some projects and support others with junior staff, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality.

The role requires 3–6 years of client-side PM experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of client-side project management experience.
• Degree or qualification in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management.
• Solid understanding of project management processes and lifecycle phases.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with mentoring/supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in multidisciplinary design management and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in PM software and tools (e.g. MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects, some run independently while others with junior support.
• Report to Senior PMs and Head of Project Management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, contractors and consultants toward objectives.
• Prepare project documentation: delivery plans, risk assessments, minutes, progress reports and RFT packages.
• Coordinate tender processes and contract administration; oversee compliance with regulations.
