Job summary

Havas Blvd in Sydney is seeking a Brand Experience Manager to lead end-to-end brand experiences for a diverse portfolio of Australian brands. The role combines creative ideation with hands-on production management, budget control and on-site problem solving.

You’ll work with PR, social, content, design and digital teams, manage schedules and supplier partners, and travel domestically to project locations across Australia. A strong eye for detail and a “no job too small” mentality are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in experiential, events, activations or integrated agencies.
• Ability to take a project from brief to live delivery while managing production timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and delivery of brand experiences from brief to execution.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and cross-functional teams (PR, social, content, design, digital).
• Build runsheets, manage permits, track quotes and on-site delivery.
