Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to lead Customer Service and Supply Planning for the Australian business. You will process daily orders, resolve inquiries, manage inventory and coordinate with 3PLs to keep products in stock while minimizing obsolescence.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in supply or inventory planning, strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/JDA/Oracle/QAD), and a collaborative, adaptable mindset for a fast-growing drinks company

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supply or inventory planning experience in FMCG/Beer/Wine/Spirits or related industries.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with an ERP system such as SAP/JDA/Oracle/QAD is preferred.
• Understanding of global logistics processes and Australian market.
• Experience across Customer Service, Master Data Management, or Procurement.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing ability.
• Hybrid work model familiarity and willingness to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AUS Customer Service & Logistics processes to ensure right product, place, time, and price.
• Process daily AUS customer orders through ERP.
• Own the Customer Service Inbox as the main AUS contact for queries.
• Monthly KPI reporting and month-end processes.
