Job summary

Netflix Animation Studios is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, coordinate, and deliver technical training across our global feature studio. You will develop curricula, deliver sessions on Maya, Houdini, Nuke, and proprietary Netflix tools, and maintain training content for production workflows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering engaging training sessions, in-person and online.
• Strong instructional design skills with ability to create measurable objectives and assessments.
• Deep understanding of CG production pipelines and collaboration in film production.
• Proficiency with industry tools (Maya, Houdini, Nuke) and proprietary studio tools.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Design and organize curriculum for software and workflows across the production pipeline.
• Lead training sessions on industry-standard and proprietary Netflix Animation tools.
• Create, update, and maintain training content for tools and workflows.
• Manage LMS processes: course creation, uploads, and tracking.
• Collaborate with Art Management, Production, and Technology teams to identify training needs.
• Organize and support internal and cross-studio learning events.
• Partner with SMEs to develop course outlines and learning objectives.
