Job summary

Netflix Animation Studios in Sydney is seeking a highly organized Training Coordinator to support our global production training efforts. Reporting to the Director of Production Training and Talent Development, you will provide essential administrative support, coordinate education activities, foster a culture of learning, and promote training offerings across studios.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in training administration/coordination.
• Experience in a studio/production environment in animation.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and calendaring system, Airtable.
• Experience in event planning and logistics.
• Familiarity with design software Canva, Photoshop.
• Knowledge of learning frameworks, tools, and new technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily administrative assistance in partnership with the Training team.
• Oversee the training calendar aligned with studio activities.
• Organize onboarding, studio-wide programs, and department sessions.
• Act as liaison for internal and external training communications.
• Prepare instructional materials for new hire orientation.
• Create promotional assets and newsletters highlighting resources.
• Utilize a ticketing system to monitor training requests.
• Collaborate with Artist Managers to support production-specific training needs.
• Maintain LMS materials and workshop content.
• Manage catalog of recorded training sessions in the LMS.
• Assist with training facilities setup and AV.
• Maintain internal training pages on G Suite and Confluence.
• Coordinate with external vendors for enrichment activities.
• Support adoption of online learning resources.
