• 10+ years of technology experience required.
• Experience leading technical delivery for cloud-based solutions.
• Strong backend and frontend development experience with Python, React.js and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Engagement Lead to translate business use cases into robust technical solutions.
• Coordinate with the remote POD team to drive AI solution implementation.
• Lead day-to-day development activities and technical decision-making within the pod.
• Provide technical leadership ensuring alignment with architecture and delivery goals.
• Translate product objectives into implementation plans and sprint goals.
• Lead design decisions and resolve blockers across pods with code reviews.
