Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. in Sydney, Australia is seeking an AI Solution Deployment Engineer on a hybrid basis to embed with enterprise customers, designing and deploying AI-enabled workflows that leverage DocuSign and third-party AI ecosystems to transform contract lifecycles.

You will lead cross-functional engagements, build robust data pipelines and microservices, and translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions, with travel 25–50% and a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in CS, Math, or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead cross functional customer-facing engagements to develop and deploy a modern Agentic vision of Agreement Management business processes.
• Design, build, and deploy AI enabled workflows and solutions that integrate Docusign AI capabilities including MCP Server and APIs, APIs backed forms, and 3rd party integrations to automate business processes.
• Execute deployment 'firsts' to prove out and productionize new Agentic implementation patterns and toolkits.
• Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with customer stakeholders and internal teams to translate open-ended requirements into production AI solutions.
• Memorialize repeatable deployment strategies and contribute insights back to product and engineering.
• Develop robust data pipelines, containerized microservices, and distributed architectures for autonomous AI tools.
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM capabilities and deployment stacks.
• Synthesize learnings and develop enterprise deployment guides and blueprints.
• Partner with partner ecosystem to share deployment best practices and blueprints.
• Evaluate human and AI-generated code for correctness, security, and compliance in isolated cloud environments.
