Job summary

Hoban is seeking an experienced Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join its Sydney manufacturing facility in Blacktown, NSW. This hands-on role combines high-reach and counterbalance forklift operation with replenishment, put-away, picking and general stores duties.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm and Friday 8:00am–2:00pm; salary is $60,000–$65,000 plus super. You will support production and distribution, handling RF scanning and loading/unloading containers as part of a busy

Qualifications

LF Forklift Licence required.
Experience with high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
Experience with RF scanning and put‑away.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Responsibilities

Operate high‑reach and counterbalance forklifts, including Hyster equipment.
Replenishment and put‑away activities up to 4–5 bays high.
Pick components for the manufacturing team and finished-product orders for dispatch.
Use RF scanning and paper‑based picking.
Load and unload trucks, vans and incoming containers.
Assist with approximately four incoming containers daily.
Work on and off the forklift as required.
