Tasks & Responsibilities

• Installation and Setup: Installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial buildings, including large-scale equipment like rooftop units or chillers.
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and checking components to ensure systems are operating efficiently and within safety standards.
• Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, addressing issues with compressors, thermostats, motors, refrigerants, and other components.
• System Inspections: Conducting inspections to assess system performance, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting and Upgrades: Identifying system malfunctions, troubleshooting problems, and recommending system upgrades or replacements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Skills & experience

• At least 3-4 year's experience
• Experience in commercial installations
• Sufficient self-starter, can work confidently alone
• Prompt, reliable with a positive attitude
