Job summary

Downer is recruiting for a Refrigeration/HVAC Technician to join our permanent workforce at RAAF Base Amberley in Queensland. You will maintain and repair refrigeration, air conditioning and HVAC systems across the base, ensuring compliance with ARCTick and defence requirements.

The role requires a Certificate III Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, a current drivers licence, and the ability to obtain Defence Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is required.
• Post-trade experience in refrigeration, air conditioning and HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory).
• Current Open Drivers Licence.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Post-trade experience in refrigeration, air conditioning and HVAC maintenance
• Demonstrated expertise in fault diagnosis and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Current Open Drivers Licence
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory).
