Job summary

Faircloth & Reynolds is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join the Sydney Service Team to service and maintain commercial HVAC plant and equipment across Sydney and the Central Coast. You will work on central compressor plants, AHU/FCU, PAC units, VRF, and BMS controls, delivering reliable service with strong fault finding and customer communication.

The role requires NSW Supervisors Certificate or Contractor Card, a valid Driver's Licence and White Card, with overtime and a competitive

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain commercial HVAC plant and equipment within the Sydney & Central Coast area.
• Maintain central compressor plant, AHU & FCU, PAC units, VRF and back-of-house systems.
• Work with BMS controls to optimise system performance.

• Demonstrated experience in the repair and maintenance of HVAC plant and equipment

• Professional presentation and manner
• Willingness to work approved overtime
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia in a permanentfull-time role

Remuneration

An attractivepackage is on offer for the successful candidate. This package will include a very competitive base hourly rate with regular, approved overtime payable at penalty rates. A vehicle, tablet, phone anduniforms will also be provided.

We are also offering a conditional sign on bonus to the successful candidate.
