Job summary

Hp6 is seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician based in Chermside, Brisbane, servicing QLD, NT & NSW. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate, a 9-day fortnight roster, a fully maintained vehicle, fuel card, and company phone for premium commercial service, maintenance, and project work.

Ideal candidates will diagnose complex faults, own technical solutions, and mentor junior technicians while liaising with clients and project managers on diverse commercial projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4+ years of technician experience in commercial environments.
• ARCtick Licence, White Card, and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence (EWP licence highly regarded).
• Experience with commercial HVAC service and project installations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a broad range of commercial HVAC & Refrigeration systems.
• Install equipment and components on commercial fit-outs and Design & Construct projects.
• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance to keep client plant operating safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, Building Supervisors, and Project Managers; mentor less experienced technicians.
