Job summary

Network Plumbing Group of Companies is expanding its residential Air Conditioning team in Terrey Hills, NSW. We’re seeking technicians who diagnose, service and repair HVAC systems, communicate clearly with customers and present repair or upgrade options to improve comfort.

Prior residential HVAC experience is preferred; strong customer service skills are essential. Commission and a vehicle are offered, with potential for high earnings for top performers.

Network is growing its residential Air Conditioning team and is looking for technicians who are technically strong, great communicators and enjoy helping customers. The focus is residential maintenance, repairs, replacements and upgrades rather than construction and new builds. You'll meet customers in their homes, diagnose what's happening and help them understand their repair, replacement or upgrade options.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems

Quote replacement systems where appropriate

Hand larger installations to dedicated install teams

About you

Residential HVAC experience

Strong 4th-year apprentices with great customer skills are also encouraged to apply

$45–$55/hr + super, depending on experience

Commission and performance bonuses

High performers can earn $10,000+ per month in additional commission
