Job summary

Modus Projects is seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our national Facilities Maintenance team. You will work across commercial and retail sites, maintaining and repairing essential HVAC and refrigeration systems, including chillers, AHUs, CRAC units, FCUs and refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• Relevant HVAC & Refrigeration trade qualification.
• 3–5 years' commercial HVAC & Refrigeration experience.
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
• Blue Card or the ability to get one.
• First Aid Certificate and EWP Under 11m.

Responsibilities

• Keep critical equipment operating safely, efficiently and reliably.
• Complete preventative, reactive and planned maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Service and maintain chillers, AHUs, CRAC units, FCUs and refrigeration systems.
• Assemble, install, test and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect refrigeration and chilled water systems and document findings.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call roster.
