Qualifications

• Genuine passion for HVAC and refrigeration work.
• Willingness to learn and develop hands-on skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Current driver's licence or ability to obtain one.
• White Card (construction induction).
• Positive attitude with a focus on safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, service and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work alongside qualified technicians on commercial and industrial sites.
• Diagnose faults and help troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Learn industry best practices and technical procedures.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to industry standards.
• Contribute to high-quality workmanship and customer service.
• Complete required training and apprenticeship competencies.
