Job summary

energySEA is seeking a Bid Manager to lead the development of accurate, compliant tender submissions for high‑voltage infrastructure projects (33kV and above). You will coordinate clients, engineering teams, vendors and subcontractors to maximise win probability and ensure proper pricing and scope definition.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in bid management within an EPC environment, familiarity with HV equipment, and a strong ability to manage complex RFQs, documents and cost estimates.

Qualifications

3–5 years of bid management experience leading HV EPC bids.
Experience working for an EPC contractor.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to develop cost estimates and project programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the bid process from opportunity to close.
Analyse tender documents and define scope; develop responsibilities.
Coordinate RFQs and evaluate quotations for long-lead HV equipment.
Develop cost estimates for HV substations and transmission projects.
Develop a Project Program reflecting scope and timing.
Maintain pricing databases with current market rates.
Participate in tender review meetings and handover to delivery team.
