Job summary

National Group is seeking experienced HV Electricians for a major TSF construction project at Sino Iron in Australia. You will maintain Komatsu 830E haul trucks and support TSF embankment and earthworks, working with a high-performing team.

Successful candidates will hold an Australian Electrical Trade Certificate, HV switching ticket and have mining experience. FIFO from Perth, permanent full-time role, 2 weeks on/1 week off roster, and competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised Electrical Trade Certificate.
• High Voltage Switching Ticket (or ability to obtain).
• Experience on Komatsu 830E haul trucks (highly regarded).
• Experience in mining or civil environments supporting bulk earthworks or TSF activities.
• HR driver’s licence (preferred).
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs on Komatsu 830E haul trucks.
• Supporting equipment availability across TSF embankment construction activities.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HV electrical systems safely and efficiently.
• Completing maintenance activities in line with site procedures and OEM standards.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records via AMT systems.
• Working collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to minimise downtime.

This role will see you working across a fleet of Komatsu 830E haul trucks and ancillary equipment, supporting critical TSF embankment and earthworks activities within a high-performing team environment.
