OTR, operating Hungry Jack's franchised by OTR Group, is seeking energetic Crew Members to support daily restaurant operations across front counter, drive-thru, and burger room.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Applicants must be over 14; junior rates apply under 21.
• 18+ candidates may need a police clearance if successful.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service across front counter, drive-thru, and burger room.
• Prepare and cook food following safety and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene practices at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, fittings and restaurant areas.
• Assist with handling money and balancing cash at end of shift.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth customer flow and service.

About The Role

Working closely with the shift manager and as part of the crew team this role plays an integral part in the day to day running of the restaurant. At the forefront of the customer experience, this role involves all facets of restaurant operations including front counter, drive thru & burger room.

• Clean equipment, fittings & restaurant areas

• Work as a team unit to maintain customer flow
